A seminar on the new American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and how it affects COBRA.
Whether you have 2 employees or 200 employees, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) affects your business and your employees who are involuntarily terminated between September 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009.
As an employer who is impacted by this legislation, the act provides a 65% government subsidy toward COBRA for these specific employees and their families.
